Weird find on a RAM board

Finally got my cheap 512k boards in for 2MB conversion, found this oddity on one of them. Anyone else got any Hitachi RAM boards or seen this on another supplier's chips? I've now got two MOS boards and a Fairchild Semiconductor board that are printed correctly.
