Mention of the Lisa's role in the creation of the Atari ST/TOS

There's a small, flippant, mention of using the Apple Lisa in the creation of the Atari ST GUI in this talk, at 1:00:00, https://youtu.be/_9smZU0iZj8
(In Search Of the Original Wooden PET - Leonard Tramiel), the story starts a bit earlier, around 52mins, where after the purchase of Atari (which was losing $2M/day from Warner, and the layoff of 1000 people out of 1200), they pivoted to creating a new 68000 machine, and went to shop for a GUI at both Microsoft (for Windows) and DRI (for GEM).

Maybe this explains why CP/M68 (and possibly GEM) were never released for the Lisa, perhaps because it might compete with the ST/TOS.
