The custom design of the Memory Management Unit on the Lisa CPU board uses three high speed (55ns) 1024x4 SRAM chips.

These may be IMS1420-55, MBM2148-55 or equivalent parts.
Warning: Memory errors found. ECC non-functional. Verify comments if accuracy is important to you.
