The removable back panel is retained by two tool-less thumbscrews at the top.

I can report that the size and function is perfect.  It works great.
They look 'slightly' different as the knurled twist knob is a wee bit smaller, but if you installed two, I doubt anyone would be able to tell and even with just one installed you have to scrutinize carefully to tell they are different.
