LisaTest

1) LisaTest 1.1L 1/14/83

3) One disk has no label but has the number "43464 C" written in black marker (very difficult to see, barely discernible in the photo). The sleeve says LisaTest 1.0 5/13/83 but there is no particular reason to believe that the sleeve notation applies to the disk inside. Looking at the DC42 with a HexEditor, it does appear to be a LisaTest disk.

Similar numbers appear on Twiggy disks in other collections, making me wonder if they were a general Apple strategy for identifying Twiggy disks; eg. each blank Twiggy was given a number before being distributed for use by Apple employees.
