Are these boards still available?

Looks like some are still available from John over at https://vintagemicros.com

If you're okay with doing a whole bunch of soldering, you can also find my replica versions of the 2/5 motherboard, I/O board, and parallel card here, and @warmech's CPU board replica here.

Also, if you don't mind...

What are the differences between your board and Warmech's?

Just to clarify, warmech and I have done different boards. I did the I/O board and motherboard (and the parallel card, although that's less important), while he did the CPU board. I know I have spare I/O boards and I think I might have some motherboards too, but I'll have to check about CPU boards.
