I lucked out and got a thin button mouse to complete my Lisa setup. Only problem is someone in the past filed off the retaining tabs presumably to use it with a Mac mouse. Anyone have any advice for new retaining tabs or a lead on an unfiled plastic piece?
Maybe I'll replace the port with a metal shrouded DB-9, it has a really nice friction fit when I tried it on my Mac 128.

Thinking about it, I think this is the perfect opportunity to try the baking soda and super glue method of plastic repair: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1meoZaHYZo

To make life easier, the plastic piece with the tabs on it pulls off of the mouse connector - just pull straight back so you don't break the plastic pins that hold it in place.

Now that you say that, it looks like my motherboard is actually missing that plastic piece. Anyone got an STL to 3D print? (Or at least some good pictures, I can probably whip something up.)

Here are some photos of the part ( the internal locking pins on this one are broken). I am going to measure it and try to make a 3D file to try and print some.
