I don't think I shared it on here, maybe because I thought it was too Mac-focused, but this reminds me of some handouts from a Macintosh sales training course in the UK that I scanned a few months ago. I've got them linked at the bottom of http://mg-1.uk:31132/ (http://mg-1.uk:31132/), along with some other early Mac programming docs that I forgot to share back then.
I posted some highlights from the handouts in a Twitter thread (https://twitter.com/tstepleton/status/1310249139427594243). You can get a good sense of the awkwardness around Lisa/Mac from a sales perspective: for example, how Apple keeps using the word "lengthy" to describe jobs best suited to Lisa (presumably a consequence of the Mac's limited RAM). My favourite though has to be this from the handwritten notes of the person who was taking the course:
