The Priam DataTower uses a Priam specific expansion board that goes into one of the expansion slots in the Lisa.
That expansion board is the subject of this thread.

The Computer History Museum has (at least) two of these boards in the collection.

The boards do not appear to have the modifications this board has, so presumably are a different generation.
In this LisaList post of June 18, 2015 https://lisalist2.com/lisalist1/2376.html (https://lisalist2.com/lisalist1/2376.html), I speculated that the CHM boards are likely a later generation than the board above, but this hasn't been confirmed.
A curiosity of these boards is that the card edge has more contacts than other Lisa expansion boards (more than the 56 pin ZIF connectors in the Lisa). The additional contacts are connected to +5 and Ground.
The Lisa 2/10 Motherboard has holes for the larger connector with additional pins, but the Lisa 1 motherboard does not; still, both motherboards have 56 pin ZIFs. It seemed the YACC design was going to use the same expansion board form factor with the additional power contacts.
I've located another Priam interface card (lent to me by Todd of Sapient Technologies). It is the same as (or similar to) this one in the CHM collection https://www.computerhistory.org/collections/catalog/102673923 (https://www.computerhistory.org/collections/catalog/102673923)
I now think this 2 layer board with fewer edge connector fingers is an earlier version of the board. Differences are:
- All DIPs in sockets (on this board, not the CHM specimen) vs only EPROM
- Hand soldered (on this board, not the CHM specimen) vs. wave
- Earlier vs later date code ranges on parts (not definitive due to socketed parts, but perhaps a clue)
The ROM on this one is labelled PRIAM DF55 (haven't looked at its contents yet)
