Title: WANTED: Lisa 1.8 amp power supply
Post by: PS2it on December 08, 2025, 11:49:05 AM
Hello!

After a few years of searching for a Lisa, I finally found a 2/10 at this year's VCFMW! Unfortunately, it was missing a few important parts, one of which was the power supply. I was able to gather most of the other parts, with the exception of the power supply and keyboard. In light of that, I was hoping that someone here might have a spare 1.8 amp power supply they would be willing to sell! I do technically have a problematic 1.2 amp supply, but I'd really like to find the correct one for the 2/10. I see a few showed up on eBay, but I missed them.

Doesn't necessarily have to be fully functional, I don't mind a recap or a repair job.

I'm located in Wisconsin, if that helps!

Thanks a bunch!

P.S. I may be interested in a keyboard, too! ;D

I was able to track down a power supply, and a keyboard! Though, I still wouldn't mind having a spare power supply, as the one I found wasn't the easiest to locate.

Were you able to get your Lisa functioning with the parts you have found? I do recommend an esprofile as it makes your booting a system a lot easier

After a bit of power supply repair I was able to get it to power up, display raster, and give me an error tone. I'm still waiting on all of the parts for the keyboard, so I haven't done anything with that, yet. I've got some components on order, so hopefully by this weekend I'll be able to dive into it a little more.

I did order all of the parts to build myself an ESProfile, so as soon as I can get the system somewhat more functional I'll be installing that too. Can't wait to get it up and running!
