Any progress locating Lisa Monitor 12.x sources

I was looking at some old backups and was reminded that MacWorks boot is a modification to the Lisa Monitor

Have any sources for the Monitor or its tools ever turned up?

I've not seen any.

Do you know what happened with the sources for the Office System? I thought Apple released them to CHM?
