you'd need.
There were some dos copy tools (doscp) for linux and unix ages ago that
would do this, but I can't seem to find source to it online. Probably
because these days they're in the file system drivers instead.
Try this guy's source: http://www.zws.com/products/dosfs/ - looks like it might have what you need.
You might also want to look at the freedos sources.
