IDLE sources were updated (CVS only) with the contributed MacosX port. You need to uncomment one line in Makefile.unix (see comments). I did not tried to compile undex OSX. I don't have OSX...

I suppose the compile method is:

under a Shell
cd <IDLE source directory>
make -f Makefile.unix
