Hi Kyle,
I wouldn't be able to tell you, simply, what a Lisa is worth. In fact, I don't think anyone here could. The prices fluctuate, and they depend on what comes with the machine, so checking the sold listings on eBay would be your best bet.
However, I can give you a few tips on your machine and what would impact the price.
The Lisa Keyboard is becoming rarer to find, so it's good you have one. The question is, does it work? The foam pads in these keyboards deteriorate over time, so finding a working one is amazing. I'd suggest testing every single key; if some don't work, replace all of the pads (I can tell you how to do that or direct you to links about it, if you want) and you're sure to get a higher price when selling for a little bit of work. Obviously, Lisa Mice are more rare, but still, including a mouse will add to the value somewhat.
If the machine has an internal Widget drive (above the 400k floppy drive), and it works, that's very rare as well.
I'm assuming you're running it off of the ProFile? ProFile drives were initially designed to last 5 years at maximum, so having one still working is truly amazing. Also, how loud is your ProFile when running (is it silent, or does it sound like a fighter jet taking off)? This will also impact the value somewhat.
Yellowing of the case is also an issue, but since Lisas are so rare, many people won't care too much about this.

Hope this helps. Contact me with any questions you have. -Tom
