Wow thank you for everyone for the advice! I never expected this kind of turnout!

I have replaced the power supply with a spare known working one and I get the same results so it's narrowed down to either the video board or the card cages, which I don't think could be the problem.

I will look into finding replacement capacitors for the rest of the video board but not sure where to get new ones from. I do have a vultmiter but not sure where to test it at.

If it's a problem with the flyback like someone suggested I guess I better just let it go and deal with the problem.

If you have any other advice it would be greatly appreciated this stuff is very interesting to learn about!
