Actually I think there are settings inside the parameter RAM (the shared 6504 RAM) that tell the Lisa where to boot from. Usually, after installing LOS, this is set to start from the ProFile always.

I believe if you hold down the mouse button or a key before it boots, it will show the boot menu. Each item has an Apple-key shortcut associated with it. Apple-2 is the floppy for example. Received on 2007-01-30 14:58:35
