Well, it just so happens the Lisa I recently obtained has UniPlus loaded on
its Profile!
While I was still at the seller's place I used BLU to clone the 10mb
Profile onto a 10mb profile partition on my IDEFile.
Now that the Lisa is repaired enough to function, I was able to try booting
it up. It came up with no problems (other than the swap partition being too
small for the 1.5mb of ram the system has now)
The bootloader it serialized. There is a paper note taped on the top of the
Profile, which gives the command to boot the system from the bootloader
prompt:
This system was used by a VT student... I found some of his homework on the
hard drive, and a copy of his Freshman through Junior year report cards!
When I get home tonight I'll use BLU to pull a file image of the ProFile.
Is there anything that the group would like me to check on this system? The
only documentation I got with the system is a ~6 page into booklet. I don't
see it on bitsavers, so I'll scan it.
