Yes to both questions.
The Lisa Office System manual explains how to do this in detail in the installation section. Basically, you will insert the first Lisa Office System disk and follow its instructions on how to partition the Lisa hard drive (I assume you have one that works) into a Lisa partition and a Mac partition.
My Lisa 2/10 is set up like this and it works like a charm. I use a 1MB Mac partition and a 9MB Lisa partition.
