This is the order:
  MacWorks, MacWorks XL, MacWorks Plus, MacWorks Plus II

If you are experimenting with LisaEm, I would guess that MacWorks XL 3.0 is the right choice until there is support for SCSI and/or networking.

For use with a real Lisa, you can decide which is best for your purposes from the features listed in these brief descriptions:
