Sounds like it isn't giving up enough time.to the host... It's not
really supposed to do that as you might have guessed.
Can I ask, what kind of machine are you running on? and what OS? XP?
2000? (I'm on a P3-1.5G win2K)
The throttling mechanism doesn't always work, there are always big spikes.
