there has been a screen modification availlable to change the Lisas screen mode from 4:3 to 7:5 if i remember it right, it was a long time ago :-)
Usually this mod was made by changing (or simply deactivating and instead connecting) the 341-229 A on the CPU Board. I'm not quite shure whether this on your picture isn't only an additional pot, which interferes vertical deflection and so zooms the screen analoge not by supporting a different resolution
