Very nice document. May I add it to LisaFAQ or at least a link to it from LisaFAQ, once the server comes back up? :-)

(Side note, *.sunder.net are down because the server finally gave up the ghost. I'm rebuilding another machine to replace it now, will probably be ready by Monday.)

One thing, is that the mylar disks can be replaced by aluminum foil disks, *but* they must be covered in tape. i.e. scotch tape on both sides to prevent them from shorting the traces on the keyboard. This is necessary some times when the mylar disks are badly damaged. When this happens, you'll see the silverish coating on them disappear and they'll look dotted or splotched.
