The files lisafsh-tool.osx.10.3.7.ppc and lisafsh-tool.osx.10.4.8.intel are Unix executables. They don't need to be compiled, but they are command line tools and will need to be executed from the terminal window. You will also need to place the file where the shell can find it or modify PATH.
