uniplus disks imaged

They all imaged just fine except for disk 4, which initially returned an error, but on the 2nd attempt it worked.

These are untested, all I did was image them with Disk Copy 4.2 and Stuff them. They're serialized so they won't install. I'll work on getting them deserialized soon-ish.
