Yes, there is only one version (that we know of). The board in front of me says 620-0121-H on the silkscreen.

As well as U1 7824, R1 120 @ 0.5W, also check Q5 BU406 and C12 2200u_at_25V.

I have also heard of L3 going open, though that may be due to physical damage.
