Widget getting no power - error 82

I powered up my beloved Lisa 2/10 for the first time in over a year, and was sad to find the Widget is getting no power. The light on the widget does not come on. It doesn't spin up or make any sound whatever. The power-on self-test displays the drive "icon" (3 horizontal lines) with an X over it, and error number 82, which apparently translates as "no answer" from the hard drive.

Everything else seems to be working fine. The 400k floppy reads disks, but the LOS 3 Install/Repair floppy sees no available hard drive.

Is there a common cause for this sort of power failure in Widgets, or any hope for repair?

Is the widget board with the light the crucial one for power? Might replacing that fix it?

Any other suggestions?
