 Hi fellow Lisa List-ers,
I have very reluctantly decided, due to severe financial issues, to sell my mint Lisa Office Suite 7/7 which is complete with all eight manuals and fourteen floppies, which appear to have never been used, believe it or not! The box itself has some minor wear to it, but other than that, it is virtually new. I am taking offers on it for a week starting today and will notify the individual with the highest offer next Thursday, and at that time I will send a PayPal invoice as well. S/H is additional and it will be securely packaged in bubble wrap and peanuts Please submit your offers to me off list at this email address. it seems not one OS but 2...
first we have CPM/68k with a flat filesystem and GEM on top of that then we have GEMDOS with a msdos like filesystem and also GEM on top both are reported to run on lisa.
I now have something like a boot floppy image. But tags are missing. In fact the problem is that I run command on top of atari bios and gemdos, so I have an atari like image but a lisa boot sector. I found disc geometry modifications for sony, twiggy and profile in gemdos oem sources.
I also have the os file and the bootsector. we just need some tools to assemble this... also unassembling bootsector will help (code start at 28th byte in file boot.abs).
