Geoff,

John Woodall (vintagemicros) has always an 800 KB EPROM even if it's not currently listed- you can send him an email via eBay of even faster: <lenny15_at_email.domain.hidden>

The floppy drive looks similar to another tested good Lisa floppy drive I have from an earlier model (dated dec 1983) but that drive has a daughter board next to it in it's own Lisa and doesn't seem to work as a replacement (seemed to exhibit random activity) in the newer one. I've also tried a more modern 800k drive which also didn't work (same issue). FInally I tired a 400k drive from a 512k Mac from approx the same era but same issue there. Can anybody provide me with guidance on which kinds of Floppy Drive should work so I can determine if the issue is with drive compatibility or possibly an issue on the I/O board?
