Unfortunately, you can't write a Lisa floppy disk from a PC. The floppy controller handles MFM encoding only, and can't read or write the GCR encoded Lisa/Macintosh disks. High density Mac floppies are MFM, and therefore able to be read and written on PC's, but 800k/400k disks can't. You need a Macintosh.

Any Macintosh with a built in floppy drive will work (use DiskCopy 4.2). Later Macs with USB floppy drives won't work, for the same reason - the USB floppy drives only handle MFM encoded disks.
