There are several Service Source CDs that contain Lisa software as when internet was scarce they sent them to service providers in a timely basis.

However if the exact version you have is already in the wild is unknown without more information.

I think that sharing it is the best idea as it may be a new dump or contain unique stuff, not only for Lisa but also for other Apple products.

May you make a raw (as in 2352 bytes per sector plus subchannel dump)? It's easy to do on any Mac or Linux with cdrdao and I'll be glad to explain you how.
