IDLE emulator updated : twiggy/lisa1 support

After years without any modification... I updated my lisa emulator to test twiggy images found on bitsavers.org.
floppy emulation is still an state machine based roughly on the A8 rom unassembly (and now updated to handle 2 drive) if in lisa2 mode you now need to insert your floppy in the Unit 2. LOS1.00 installs on profile and runs but tools cannot start (it may be a problem in the bus error emulation).

Source only, linux tested only
