I found the answer Steve Chamberlin suggested I Try the 1.0S6-F11 firmware from here:
http://www.bigmessowires.com/2015/03/05/lisa-native-floppy-emulation/ and it now works on my Lisa 2/5, If you want a blank floppy for MacWorks use the 400k one out of the Macintosh folder, The 3.1 works fine
