Apple Lisa CRT replacement?

I just purchased a Lisa with a broken screen. I would rather not purchase an expensive CRT on eBay. So, I figured I will just use what I have on hand. The closest thing I have is a green monochrome CRT. It has the same number of pins, and is exactly the same size. It also from Clinton. The part numbers are:
1. CE745Z12K31VR
2. CEULC99F1ATE I'm pretty sure the pin out is different. I figure this after it just showed a line during startup. lol

Lisa

1. Green
2. Yellow
3. Brown
4. Black
5. White (Ground)
6. Red
7. Blue

Donor:

1. Empty
2. Blue
3. Black
4. Green
5. Yellow
6. Red
7. White

Are the colors standard? Can I expect this thing to work if I just reroute the wires to match the colors on the donor CRT? Instead of hacking the Lisa video board. I was thinking about using breadboard wires with pins, and connecting them to the Lisa CRT connector. I would then rout the wires from there to a connector with the wires going to the proper pins. If it works, then I would solder things in place.
