I found the bug in the emulation that prevented gemdos to boot on latest
version of Idle (remove bus error on write to unmapped IO).

And also worked on the tool to create a gemdos boot disk from old binaries
(gem/oemkit).

The FAT12 implementation I used had a small bug when compiled in 32bit
(files over 65535 bytes were truncated, GEM.PRG was corrupted)
