Apple Lisa 1.2A Power Supply Not Working

I recapped my 1.2a power supply. I recapped it with the same type of capacitors that I have used a few times before. The power supply was working prior to recapping. Although, it would shut off unexpectedly. When I powered it on for the first time after recapping, the mpu131 transistor, at cr21, blew. I replaced the transistor but it will not power on. If anyone could give me some details how to narrow down the problem I would be grateful. I did try googling this question prior to asking. I tried reading how to put the power supply under a dummy load, so I could test the voltages. Unfortunately, unless I see what it looks like visually, I'm pretty confused how that works.
