Is this for real?

Hello. I came upon a weird eBay auction advertising a Lisa with a "rare LISA/MAC OS 1 hybrid system that can run LISA or MAC software." I know that you can run MacWorks and Lisa Office System on the same HD, I do it myself, but did Apple produce some weird strange conglomeration of them both? If you know anything about this, please post. If you want to see the auction, go to http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=412456223 Thanks!
