Help with dead Lisa 2

Hello, I have a lisa 2 which I think has a bad power supply (1.2A). I tried cleaning the contacts, reseating. I checked the switch on the front and its good. I also checked the compartment door switches (front and back), all good and working correctly. I get absolutely nothing 95% of the time, and then every once in a while it will power up but only for a second. Is this a bad power supply? Thanks all!
