as I wrote in my mail: Try to replace the Mem, CPU or I/O Board if you have them twice...
Try this to trap the error. Everything else would be trying to find the error by luck...
I guess this must be the Memory- or the CPU-Board, according to the description you gave...
the most possible is: a non working BUS-transmission (due to contact problems between mem- and CPU-Board via motherboard=rack) or a corrupted Mem-Board or a corrupted CPU-Board especially the Vid-ROM or a interfering I/O Board (very unlikely, but not impossible) - if you have correct voltages from the power-suppy, especialy the +5V should not be below 4,85 V when booting the Lisa, else you can also have this error...
