If I remember right, there's an Intel microcontroller in these, which you could replace - if you could find a replacement, except that you'd need a way to program it. :-( In other words, not very easily unless you find another dead Lisa keyboard.
I'd try to replace the plug/cord first and see if that might help. Also look for shorts. Keep in mind this is a capacitance driven board, so any shorts past, or present, could have damaged the controller.
