2764 rom model for lisa

It seems that lisa cannot use every model of 2764 ROM. I tried 3 times with ST M2764AFI (that are supposed to be 250ns access time) but
lisa never booted with that ROM set.

I then erased the original 3A roms I had ( AMD AM2764-PR4 450ns acess time) but could not program with my willem PCB45 with default settings.

After a night of fight... I finally found the correct willem parameters for this ROMset.
Use an external power supply (I used a 10v 1A).

Twp=5ms
TwC=60us
Vpp=25v

Also note that erase time for AM2764 is long... nearly 20min to have a good 0xFF everywhere...

I now have a H/88 lisa :-)

I've searched on the net to find info about good rom model for lisa but just found 2764 reference.
