That's a bit strange since Disk Copy doesn't store its checksums in a resource fork - as far as I know, only DART does that. The only thing that matters when copying Disk Copy 4.2 images back to a real Mac is changing the file/creator type.

It might be some issue with HFVexplorer, however. I don't know whether that program regenerates the checksums.

But that is good news - at least we know that the boot/root disks work and there's no further serialization issues.
