maybe the easiest thing to try is to remove all the boards, including the power supply and rub the contacts with a pencil eraser until they shine. reseat everything and try again. on my lisa the screen wobbles, but that disappears after i cliean the power supply contacts.

I meant i have cut one wire from the capacitor as it was suggested.
