Yes, it was squashed down to just a horizontal line, but the line was thicker then a hairline. I did use the deflection yoke from the Lisa. This is a green green, not white like the regular Lisa screen. I think the pins are arranged differently then the Lisa CRT.

So you get some kind of image with your green replacement? Then your CRT is working. As mentioned before, always use the original deflection yoke, not the one from the donor system.

The vertical deflection fault is common. Check the output of the voltage regulator U1. Should be around 28 V and change when the WIDTH pot is moved. If it is close to 33 V, check R1, R2, R3. If one of these fails open and the voltage rises, the TDA1170N may be killed. At pin 2, there should be 11..16 V and it should only get warm, not hot.
