We already have a new tool :)

If you compile unar or The Unarchiver from the aforementioned BitBucket repo and branch, and process a DART image with it, it will output what appears to be a correct DC42 image.

Please let me know if you try this and it fails.

3.  Using disk copy 6.x (tags are lost, but this is ok for xenix/uniplus/macworks with HFS I think) and tags can be recreated for the boot block/loader blocks on Xenix/Uniplus.
