The Lisa uses the MPSU01 and MPSU51 transistors in multiple places, including:


  • I/O Board to drive the speaker
  • Twiggy Digital Board

Possible modern substitutes include 2SA1593 and 2SC4135, but note the pinout of these parts is not the same as the MPS parts.
