There is an old post discussing a Lisa mouse prototype with SN#378. It was part of a  Lisa Proto sold on eBay in 2021

There is a similar mouse (SN#170) at the Computer History Museum in Mountain view.

Well a friend of mine recently acquired yet another one of those, with SN#372 !! I was lucky to put my hands on it and take side-by-side pics. See below

From the top, the proto (left) seems more gray that beige


And here is the bottom. Note 3 screws vs 2, and of course the non-removable ball on the proto

Very cool, thanks for sharing.

I'd bet this is a later-stage prototype; early or non-final boards commonly have a "SK" designation, but this one is labeled just like the production model. Interesting.
