Bill Atkinson discussing LOS Source Code
« on: February 17, 2025, 02:14:35 pm »

CHM recently uploaded their interview with Bill Atkinson and went through some Lisa Office System source code with his real time commentary. Really incredible. This was recorded December 12th, 2022:

Another video with Bill shows the evolution of the Lisa GUI and features Polaroid photos during its early development:

And finally, a broader interview with Bill about the Lisa and its ultimate impact on computing:

What a brilliant individual.

A couple of additional lost interviews with Bill surfaced recently. These are recordings of a radio show called "The Famous Computer Cafe" and the original broadcast was in January, 1985. They were recently discovered, digitized, and made available on the Internet Archive.

Both are about 30 minutes long and fun to listen to.
