4MB Modification Documentation

These are the two documents from 1989 describing how to modify a Lisa to use 4MB of RAM (without an XLerator).

Note that:

- MW+ 1.0.18, MW+ 1.1h, and MW+II support a full 4MB of slot RAM (so you don't need to configure the RAM for 3.875 MB)
- the requirement for the Rev 3A "square pixel" ROMs remains, although a modification to the H ROMs to support 4MB is on a to-do list somewhere
