The Office System only included LisaDraw, and my understanding (based on asking someone who would know) is that a paint appliction wasn't really considered. A "LisaPaint" tool in the style of MacPaint and MousePaint (which amusingly used Lisa UI styling) seems like it would be both straightforward and useful, since in a certain sense it can be "just" a wrapper around QuickDraw.
