Newcomer to the Lisa Universe

Wanted to introduce myself to the group, I'm a computer hobbyist and tinkerer living in San Francisco. I recently came into posession of a Mac XL, which I've been enjoying for the past few weeks.
I also got the original Lisa 2/10 ROMs and video rom from the original owner, and last night I was able to revert from XL back to Lisa 2/10 by swapping the ROMs and removing the XL screen conversion transformer.

This computer is in pretty good shape overall, very clean innards. I did have to swap the 400k drive for a Mac drive. At first the Lisa drive had solidified grease on the joints, which I cleaned up, after which it worked for a time - then it started refusing to read disks. I may attempt another repair attempt on this drive, but in the meantime the 400k mac drive is doing the job well.

The Widget HD is a bit flaky. Maybe 75% of the time, the drive starts right up, makes the clunk sound when the brake releases. It booted Macworks XL just fine, and now boots Lisa Office system just as well. But intermittently, the drive will have some issues. Sometimes it starts spinning up, and then just stops without the brake releasing. Other times it will spin up, brake will release, and a few seconds later it will start slowing down and speeding up, and you can hear the pitch of the spinning sound going up and down, until it will just slow down to a stop and then there is a faint high pitched whine which subsides in a second or two. But the problem is intermittent.
